(EMULSION)
 Large milk granules in fat milk injection enter human blood vessels during the injection process, causing granuloma, phlebitis and thrombus. At the same time, it will also accompany the blood circulation into the lungs, liver, kidneys and other organs to cause damage. The United States Pharmacopoeia USP729 for fat milk large milk granules (PFAT5) and the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia regulations "- based on the photoresistance method of single particle optical sensing technology, the weighted total volume of milk granules greater than 5μm shall not exceed 0.05% of the oil phase volume".
.The average size of the conventional emulsion is generally submicron or nanometer, but there are often large milk particles at the tail end of the micron level, which are easy to adsorb small particles, thus affecting the stability of the product. Therefore, for the detection of large milk particle concentration at the tail end, the current formulation and process can be evaluated and optimized accordingly.

(Microrspheres)
Microspheres refer to small spheres or spheroids formed by dissolving or dispersing drugs in natural or synthetic polymer materials. The diameter of microspheres for injection is generally controlled at about 20-50μm. Such microspheres should control both small particles and large particle content. Too small particles are easy to be swallowed by human macrophages, reducing the efficacy; At the same time, too small particles are easy to break through to the capillaries under the skin, leading to serious complications such as embolism. The concentration of polymer in the organic phase, the ratio of phase volume and the pre-saturation of aqueous phase and organic solvent have important effects on the stirring efficiency and the solidification rate of oil droplets, and thus affect the particle size, polydispersity and porosity of microspheres. (CMP SLURRY)
 Chemical-mechanical polishing (CMP) is a key process for wafer surface flattening in IC manufacturing. There are two key performance parameters of CMP slurry in its application: removal rate and number of defects. Both are closely related to the content of large particles at the tail end. When primary particles begin to aggregate, larger particles form. These large particles tend to scratch the wafer, increasing the number of defects. At the same time, these large particles are also more likely to settle, reducing the percentage of solids in the suspended slurry. This results in a lower removal rate. CMP slurry usually needs to pass through the circulation system when it is used in practice.
